Here’s an easy recipe to roast pumpkin seeds:
- Remove the seeds from the pumpkin
- Wash the seeds THOROUGHLY
- Pat dry
- Place on a baking sheet
- Add olive oil
- Add sea salt
- 350◦ (Check on them every 10 minutes)
